MYSTERY STILL UNSOLVED. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—BT EI.ECTRIO TILZGBAPB—COPTSIOJIT.) (Received February 12th, 7.5 p.m.) PARIS, February 11. The mystery of the disappearance of the Russian, General Koutepoff, threatens to be shelved as unsolvable. The police say that they have exhausted every clue. The case still continues to excite considerable newspaper speculation.
