EUGBY, November 22. Mr Edward Shortt, former Home Secretary, has been appointed film censor in succession to Mr T. P. ' O'Connor. Mr Shortt represented Newcastle West as a Liberal from 1910 to 1922, and, in addition to holding the office of Home Secretary in the Liberal Government, he was for one year Chief Secretary for Ireland. j
