Mr Heikiehi Ogawa f late Minister for Railways, has been summoned to account for scandals connected with numerous charters granted to the electric railways on the eve of the Government's resignation. For weeks past there has been an embargo on mentioning these specifically, though many other Seiyukai scandals fill the newspapers.—Australian Press Association.
