CANTERBURY LAND BOARD.
MONTHLY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the Canterbury Land Board was held ia the District Lands and Survey Office, Christehurch, commencing on September 18th. Present: Messrs W. btewart (.chairman), JJ. titoweil, K. P. Henderson, E. Macdonald, and T. Gee, Altogether 101 cases were considered, 90 application? to transfer were received, 6 applications for advances under the Discharged Soldiers' Settlement Act, and 1-1 applications lor land.
