A CHALLENGE.

DR. THACKER'S ALLEGATIONS. "'The Christchureh Dairymen's Association wishes to give an emphatic denial to the statements in yesterday's newspapers by Dr. H. T. J. Thaeker that no cream can be bought in Christchurch that is not adulterated with chemicals," stated Mr J. Parlane, a member of the executive of the Association, to a Press reporter last evening. ■ "The executive has decided that if Dr. Thaeker can prove his statement the Association is prepared "to hand over the sum of £lO to any charitable institution, providing that he will do likewise in the event of his claim not being substantiated," said Mr Parlane.
