WILL LEFT UNSIGNED.

♦— — TESTATOR COLLAPSED IN

STREET.

A Christchuuch solicitor yesterday had a singular experience. An elderly woman, whom he had lenown for many years, walked into his office shortly after two o'clock, and said that she thought she had better make her will. Details were arranged, and the lawyer told her to call back again at 3 o'clock to sign the will. As the hour sounded the solicitor's typist had only just finished typing a copy of the will, but the lady had not arrived.

A few minutes later it was discovered that she had eollapsed in the street on her way to the office to sign the will. She died soon afterwards. .
