LATE MR R. M'KIE.
THE FUNERAL. The funeral of the late Mr Robert McKie took plaee at the Waiau Cemetery on Saturday. There was a very large attendaneo from all parts of the diatriet testifying to the high respect jn which deceased was held. The service in the church and *t the graveside was conducted by the Rev. J. Newlands, The pall-bearers were:—Messrs D. G. McKie, F. McKie (brothers), J. M. Pickering (nephew), J. Brown, T. H. Belton, and A. H. Baker. The chief mourners were:—Messrs D. A. McKie, J. H.
