BREAKING AND ENTERING.
(FS3SS ASSOCIATION# T*L*o»A*.) NEW PLYMOUTH, September 13. In the Magistrate's Court this morning, Joseph Abraham Cleaver and William Claude White pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering by night the premises of C. C. Ward, drapers, on May 20th, and stealing an eiderdown quilt, two rugs, two pairs of silk stockings, and a manicure set, of a total value of £l2 18s lOd; also breaking and entering the same premises on May 24th, and stealing the anm of £304 17s. They were committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Bail was renewed in accuseds' own recognise of £2OO, and a surety in each case of £2OO.
