It is understood that Salvation Army Commissioner John Cunningham, former ly International Secretary for Europe and the Dominions, succeeds Commissioner James Hay in New Zealand. It is reported that Commissioner Hay will take charge of Eastern Canada, but Salvation Army headquarters stauo that only General Higgins knows. Commissioner Mitchell succeeds Commissioner Cunningham.—Australian Press Association, United Service.
