AEROPLANES TO LEAVE.

MARLBOROUGH MACHINE RETURNING. Mr N. C. Chandler, instructor to th« Marlborough Aero Club, will eome to Christchurch to-day to take delivery of the Wakefield gift Moth aeroplane, which wu damaged when it made a forced landing at Ship Cove after crossing Cook Strait. The machine haa been undergoing repairs at the Wigram Aerodrome. An aeroplane will also leave the Wigram Aerodrome to-day to carry out a survey of the changes in the sea bed on the "West Coast. The survey will be conducted by Captain Whiteford, of the Marine Department.
