CITY ORGAN.

TO BE SHIPPED SOON. Cable advice has been received from the manufacturers, Messrs Norman and Beard, England, that the organ on order for the Christchureh City Council, for the Municipal Concert Hall, will be shipped about three weeks hence. The cable message stated that tlie organ was being tested and that the harp stop was being added. This stop is the first of a series of additional stopß which it is hoped to make to the main organ which will result in making the instrument more suitable for recital and other purposes. All going well, the organ should reach Christchureh in September, prob ably before the middle of that month.
