POULTRY SHOW.
CATS AND RABBITS JUDGED. The North Canterbury Poultry, Pigeon, and Canary Show was continued on Saturday, when the cats and rabbits wero judged. The championship for Persian female, over six months, other than smoked, blue, or black, was won by ilrs A. W. McGillivray. The rabbits made quite an interesting section and were a great attraction. The" principal exhibitors were ilr \V. J. Martin (Christchureh) and Rabbits Unlimited (Rangiora). The show was visited by a very large crowd on Saturday night. At the close of the show the Mayor (Mr C S. Ayera) presented the silver cup and other priies, after which the visitors were the guests of the club to 6upper. Tho following are the awards:— RABBITS.
