LONDON, July The New Zealand High Commissioner, Sir James Parr, and Lady Parr gave a dance and reception at the Mayfair Hotel. There were 500 guests, including the High Commissioners and Agents-General of the other Dominions, and representatives of the Board ot Education, Board of Trade, the Foreign Office, the London and provincial Chambers of Commerce. Lord PassfkUl, Secretary of State for tho Dominions, and Ladv Passfield. wore also present. —Australian Press Association.
