(PHSSS ASSOCHTIOH TELEGRAM.) | DUNEDIX, May 17. i In reference to the Minister for works' intimation concerning excava- | t] on work at the new Post Office site, the secretary of the Builders' Association has telegraphed to the Minister stating that it is understood that the Department intends undertaking the foundations by dav labour, whereas it was implied bv the former Minister in the House 'that the Department j» work was merelv exploratory, prior to catling for tenders. The builders urge ratification of this undertakes. '
