SAMOAN TROUBLE.
"POSITION IS INTOLERABLE." From information wh ; ch can be gleaned from those on board the Maui Pomare last evening, the trouble with the Mau is far from being settled. "Something will have to be done," said one official, "the position is intolerable." He said that a change of policy had been decided upon with regard to the police, civil police being substituted for the military police.
