General Bramwell Booth, the head of the Salvation Army, whose retirement as a result of ill-health was announced recently, is out of danger. Among the thousands of messages delivered at Buckingham Palace was one from Mrs Booth, on behalf of General Booth and the Empire Salvationists. The Queen immediately replied, adding the hope that General Booth's health would steadily improve.-,-Aus-tralian Press Association.
