A new industry is to be established in "West Woolwich. London, aa the result of the letting by the Royal Arsenal Co-operative Society, Ltd., of a part of Commonwealth Buildings (formerly the Royal Dockyard), to a firm of manufacturers of elastic goods and appliances. The new factory is expected to bo in full work shortly, and 300 people at least will be permanently employed.
