The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" reports that the solution of the Nationalist crisis may be followed by a worse one. The triumph of the extreme reactionaries is bound importantly to affect German political life. Summaries of Count Westart's and Herr programme speeches were allowed to appear only m Herr Hugenberg's papers Herr Hugenberg urged the Nationalists to attempt the regeneration of Germany without restoring Parliamentary tactics. He added that the reparations discussion merely indicated an attempt to rob Germany of the advances of the Dawes Plan. Count Westart contended that M Poincare did not contemplate a settlement of reparations, but $-as covering France's next obligation to the United States—"The Times" Cables. [At the German elections in May the Socialists secured a triumph; securing 150 seats, a gain of 19. Fourth in-order was the People's Party with 52 seats, a loss of 7. The Nationalists secured 72 seats, a loss of 39. On June 28th Herr Mueller formed a i 'Cabinet of Personalities' 9 to act until it is replaced by a Party Coalition.
