MOTOR RACING.

NEW BRIGHTON TROTTING GROUNDS. The New Brighton Trotting Club has consented to throw its course open to intending competitors at Saturday's motor race meeting this evening from 6 o'clock, also on Wednesday and Thursday from 5 p.m., for training operations, of which Mr A. J. Haqjer will be in charge. The course ia reported to be in first-class order, and should provide some very fast racing. The Race Committee of the Pioncor Sports Club, which body will control Saturday's race carnival, will meet this evening to finalise all matters in connexion therewith. - ,
