SPLENDID NEW PROGRAMME TO-NIGHT. Variety is the spice of life, and that is why a really first-class and rente entertainment is such a welcome ■ change from the ordinary routine of theatre Bhows. This ■evening, at the New Opera Houbo, George Ward and/his Snapshot Revue Company, sup-, ported by Dave Meredith and his Melody Five, will present a sparkling programme provided with everything that could be de*. sired- in the way of music, singing, dancing, comedy, and novelties. The first half of the programme will be taken up by a series Of vaudeville items'which features Dave Meredith and his' Melody Five. All the members >of this brilliant orchestra, headed by-' Dave
Heredity are expert instrumentalists, and are able to get just whatever effect, theyl wish from the many instruments they handle. In their repertoire for this, week they have • host of 1 novelties -to introduce, alio, several ofthe latest musical successes. Maurice and YaMor, English comedians, who have just arrived from London, will • make, their -first appearance in one of theiroriglnal comedy Bketches "Mind Reading,"; which is said to be very humorous and entertaining. In the second portion of the programme George Ward and his Snapshot. Revtte Company will appear in a bright and breezy entitled "Stepping into Society." The frocking of the whole company is a special feature, and. the Snapshot Six are said to be the smartest combination of ballet girls on the Fullers' circuit. Their wardrobe is gorgeous',- and their, dancing is- superb.
