MR MOUAT RESIGNS ALSO. [THE PEESS Special Service.) WELLINGTON, March 12. Another development in connexion with the Railway Board of Management is reported. Mr A. W. Mouat, the staff member of the Board, has, it is understood, followed the line of action, adopted by the chairman (Mr I''. J. Jones), and has applied to be released from his position. Mr Mount's application has not yet been dealt with.
