DELHI, January 4
A coUntry-wide conspiracy for the terrorisation and securing of arms to wage war against the Government was disclosed at the trial of twenty Bengalis in the Dumkabihar Province. The police found at the town of Deogliar pistols, ammunition, a code book, and a list of plotters. Subsequent searches at Allahabad, Calcutta, and Chittagong, disclosed more revolvers, formulae for explosives and poison, Bolshevik revolutionary literature, and disguises.
