TRUSTEE INVESTMENT.
CHRISTCHURCH DRAINAGE BOARD DEBENTURES.
The debentures being issued by tho Christchurch Drainage Board constitute an investment within the meaning of the Trustee Act, 1908. The debentures and interest thereon are secured by a special rate of 9-64 d in the £ on a capital value of an area in Christchurch valued at £8,370,286, and a Sinking Fund is provided to repay the whole of the Loan on maturity on September 30th, 1973. Interest will be paid by the Board at tho rate of £5 10s per cent, per annum free of exchange at any branch of tly? Bank of New Zealand throughout the Dominion, and exchange will be paid by the Board on all accepted application money, which should hs sent either in cash, or by bank draft, or marked cheque, to the office of the Board, 198 Hereford street, Christchurch. —1
