The question whether the introduction of summer time should involve any alteration in the hour of the Sunday evening service was raised at the meeting of the Auckland Presbytery. The Rev. D. C. Herron said that if they altered the hour it would look as if they were catering for people who made a pleasure day of Sunday. Several other speakers agreed there was no occasion for any alteration, and the Presbytery passed on to the next business. "It may interest New Zealand radio enthusiasts to know that all the time I was in the United States I made daily communication by radio with mv home in Rangiora," 'said Mr J. E.
