(Received November 9th, 7.40 p.m.) LONDON, November The Empire Marketing Board will be the biggest exhibitor, with 251K) square feet of space, at the Universal Cookery and Food Exhibition at Holland Park, lasting a fortnight fr<m December 12th, for the display of Empire foodstuffs, including' Australian dried and canned fruits, wine, honey, apples, New Zealand fruits, butter, cheese, honey, and toheroa soup. A competition, in which the Army, Navy, and Air Force have entered, requires 99 per cent, of Empire gredientsThe London School of Cookery will give demonstrations of cooking Em pin; foodstuffs, including a plum 'pudding from a recipe prepared by the King's chef*
