The Egmont Palace, erected in 1548, housing priceless Dutch and Flemish pictures, is on fire. FIRE EXTINGUISHED. . ("Argus?') (Received September 2oth, 5,5 p.m.) BRUSSELS, September 24. A later message states that the Egmont Palace fire has been extinguished, and its art treasures are intact. The {esthetic value of the building is unspoiled.
