ST. GEORGE'S HOSPITAL
EXECUTIVE MEETS. The executive committee of fct. George's Hospital met. yesterday afternoon, the chairman, Mr G. Gould, presiding . Mr. Gould submitted a report regarUing finance. He said the hospi a would ■ require about £SOOO wlt next month or so for sub-contiacts, equipment, etc. They had an ® lent arrangement with their bank bj which they could meet-all engagements but if they used bank money until ,tu© hospital was opened it would mean the. payment of, several hundred pounds in interest, which might be .saved it i'riends and supporters, having fapaia money, would deposit it withthcm temporarily. It was, also decided to go. ahead witn the ordering of about forty beds at a price of about £5 each, in addition to beds for at a lower price. Blankets were also to be ordered from New Zealand firms. . ~r It was reported that Miss Iris.
