A meeting of the creditors of Peter .Woods McClincby, Lar porter, ox 56 Queen Street, Sydenham, v.as to have been held yesterday, but after waiting -the statutory, quarter of an tour no quorum was in attendance, and the-Official Assignee- (Mr A. W. Watters) formally adjourned the meeting. The total due to unsecured ■ creditors wa3 £GS 9s. The only assets w'aa 'furniture valued at. £ls; deficiency' i'so Gs 3d.
