Sad circumstances attended • the death of the two-year-old son ot Thomas Walsh, of Rawhitiroa, on Saturday afternoon. He was put to bed at four o'clock, but ten minutes later the mother found the child dead beside, the bed, being suspended in the loop of an electric cord which had/been tied to the head of the bed. At the inquest, a verdict of accidental death was returned. -
