MAGISTRATE RESERVES DECISION. [THE PBBSS Special Service.] AUCKLAND, April 6. This afternoon, Abraham Wally Mohamid Salaman-the Indian healer, of Kbyfcer Pass road—stood in the dock fo r the third day of his trial on six charges of attempted false pretences. Twelve patients gaye evidence vesterday afternoon, testifyin 2 to Atahs Sres/bub Mr Schramm still had sis more to call when the case opened this afternoon. . , , -, . _ When this evidence had been given, counsel indicated that this closed his don't know if you intend seriously to dispute the analysis of the Government 'Analyst » said Mr McKean, when counsel drew attention to this point "I shall have to rely on it unless you can place other evidence be "°i re do ne seriously challenge it," said Mr Schramm, and asked to be allowed an opportunity of getting another anoyMr McKean then agreed to reserve his .decision subject to Mr Schramm being: able to bring this evidence. Bail was allowed on Salaman s own bond of £IOO.
