Eilliardß. y* • Toy won the Lvttelton Club's weekly flying fifty billiards tournament on Monday night. D. Collins was the runner-up. Magistrate's Court. At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr W. C. Clenry, J.P., Jack Harrigan, a seaman, was charged with having, on April 4th, indecently assaulted a boy. Sergeant J. W. McHolm asked for a remand to the Children's Court at Christchurch, which was granted. Society Formed. Under the leadership of the Rev. B. Dudley, a Men's Mutual Improvement Society has been formed in Lyttelton. A large number of men have'joined, and an interesting syllabus was drawn up at a meeting held on Monday evening, when officers were elected. Harbour Light Theatre. . I "School for Wives." starring Conway Tearle, will be repeated at the Harbour Light Theatre to-night, together with a comedy, gazette, and the sixth episode of "Fighting Blood." To-morrow, Fox Film's big special production, "The Iron Horse," featuring Madge Bellamy, will be screened. The supporting programme includes a Century comedy and an International news.
