♦ RUMOURS ABOUT RAILWAY BOARD. [THE PEESS Special Service.] WELLINGTON, April -J. There has been a report in circulation that the members of the Railway Board had resigned and that the chairman had been offered and _ had accepted another important position. Seen to-day, the chairman of the Board (Mr J. F. Jones) stated that it was tho first ho had heard of it. and it was absolutely incorrect.
