GRIME BEATS PURDY. (press association teleqbmj.) WELLINGTON, March 10. Billy Grime (9st OJlb), triple champion of' Australia, beat Purely (Bat 811b) on points in a 15-round professional boxing contest. The judges disagreed, and the referee gavo his casting vote for Grimo. Grime had to fight all he know. Pur<ly employed an impenetrable smother to Grimo'a deadly right. Grime, however, was on top of his man for the greater part of the fifteen rounds, planting his blows quickly and Bnappily. Nevertheless, many considered Purdy had won. The verdict met a mixed reception.
