[The Rt. Hon. Sir Thomas Frederick Halsey, the well-known Freemason, was Deputy-Grand Master of England from 1903 to 1926 and Provincial Grand Master of Herts from 1873 to 1923. He was a member of the Honse of Commons for the Watford Division,of Herts from 1874 to 1906. Ho was born in 1839.]
