OXFORD DOMAIN BOARD.

A meeting of the Oxford Domain Board was held in the Coronation Hall on Wednesday night. Present: Messrs F. Debenham (chairman), P. Hawke, A. Baxter, W. Munn, and G. Ryde. Correspondence was received and dealt with from Mr E. F. Saulea, A. J. White and Co., and Parpiter and Hamilton. It was decided to make the annual inspection of the Board's property shortly. Tho sale day afternoon teas, as allocated by the Society, was adopted on the motion of Mr Hawke, seconded by Mr Munn. It was decided to have the lifebuoy at the baths renovated and repaired, and to procure two life-saving hooks, also to have notices printed and posted up at the baths, requesting the public not to damage the lifebuoy. The secretary was instructed to write to_ Mr Elliott expressing the Board's appreciation for services rendered.
