CHRISTCHURCH CLUB.
The Christchurch Amateur Swimming Club held a commiltoa meeting at the West Christchurch School. Tho club captain presided. The following races were arranged: 12!>yds Harris Cup, Wednesday, February 2nd; 75ydB broaststroke, February 2nd; 100 yds seniors, Friday, February 4th. The races for the Harker-Brown Cup were left in the hands of the secretary. Tlirco new members were elected. The secretary reported that everything was under way for th« interclub carnival, which is .to be held on February.26th. A letter waß received from tho secretary stating that owing to other duties he would not be ablo to carry on as secretary. This was left over until next meeting.
