FURTHER ALLEGATIONS. ANOTHER SALVATION ARMY OFFICER. Their ideas .and ideals ot what was right, and' what waswrons: were vastly different from those of other people. On the other hand there werfe miny people from Aiicklnnd to Dunedin who were niost reliable and experiennncl. and who could give testimony that conditions were much worse than the aw""c .person pver dreamed.
