William Joseph Boyd, who had been remanded from Friday to allow the Customs Department to ascertain whether the.-Immigration Restriction Act. provided for an immigrant being, prohibit-ed-.on the ground of infirmity, • reappeared on a charge of being a prohibited immigrant, in that ho was infirm.. •The Collector of Customs stated that he could find no reason why the man •should be held, under the Act, and the information was dismissed.
