CONSIDERABLE IMPROVEMENT. (special to the pbess.) . WELLINGTON, June 22. Sir James Carroll, who suffered a paralytic stroke yesterday, and was for a time unconscious, has shown considerable improvement to-day. He is In a private hospital.
