((Received Jane 21st, B.fi6 p.m.) LONDON, June fl: The "Financial, News" expresses the opinion that on the expiration of the Spanish and Portuguese treaties, shortly, the Government will reduce the hear; duties on Home-made spirits, and will increase the duty on port and other highly spirituous wines, thus increasing the consumption of whisky. The minimum age of whisky will also shortly be increased from three to five years.
