He' bolieved that before long iti would be the premier game of New Zealand. After discussion, the motion Mas defeated. The question of the North Inland tour of the Fijian team was mentioned. Last season differences arose between the Auckland and Canterbury Football Associations regarding payment of the Canterbury team's expenses in going to Auckland to play the Brown Shield game. B. Bunt (Canterbury) stated that the dispute between Auckland and Canterbury had now been definitely settled. The matter had been submitted to arbitration that day, and both sides had agreed to accept the decision of the arbitrator. The matter waa satisfactorily settled. (Hear, hear.)
