SMALLPOX ON SIERRA.

(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) • AUCKLAND, April 26. Reports received by the Niagara state th'at there was a case of smallpox on the Sierra on the voyage from San Francisco to Suva. ' Sierra was quarantined at Suva when the Niagara left for Auckland. It is understood that the Sierra will be further quarantined when she reaches Sydney. A number of passengers who intended joining the Sierra at Suva came on hare by the Niagara.
