Plans have been prepared, for the world's first hospital to be devoted exclusivelv to plastic and cosmetic surgery The new institution, which it is expected will be opened in November, will be known as the Plastic Hospital. In one department women of moderate means may be operated on for the correction of facial irregularities at greatly reduced fees, which can be paid in instalments. Part of the cost, it is stated, will be borne by a wealthy fcew York woman, who is said to bo making this contribution in appreciation of a successful operation on her fa«e after it was badly scarred in a motorcar accident.
