ANCIENT ORDER OF FORESTERS.
The quarterly summoned meeting of Court Thistle of the forest. No. C 494. A.0.P.. was held at the Hazeldean streot Hall on Tuesday evening. Bro. 0. D. Wheeler, C.8., presided over a fair attendance. The Woodwards' reports were received .and sick pay passed. A motion of sympathy with Broß. L. B. and B. E. Cooper on the death of their father was passed. It was decided to give one guinea each to the Cripples' Hospital.and Foresters' Home, in England. .The delegates to the forthcoming district meeting were instructed regarding voting on matters to be brought up. Bro. H. Hodinott, F. 0.8., was nominated for the office, of District Beadle, Bro. h. B. Cooper, P.C.R., for District Trustee, and Bro:' A. A. Locke, P.C.8., for District Appeal Committee.
