PRINCE CAROL CASE.
SUMMONS SERVED. (pt cistE—pares asbociatjoy—coftbiget.) (AUSTRALIAN IVB R.Z. CAELB ASSOCIATION.) PARIS, March 6. Mme. Zizi Lambrino's summons against Prince Carol claiming as "an abandoned and outraged wife," was served tp-day. The President of the Civil Tribunal is asked to request Prince Carol to appear at Court. Amongst Mme. Lambrino's letters to be used at the trial is one from Prince Carol dated August, 1919, in which he with you as my recognition of the fact that I am the father of your child and also that notwithstanding the annulment of our marriage, I have not ceased to consider myself your husband."
