The Rome correspondent of ' "The Times" states that two Greek Ministers have arrived in Rome. Tliey are conferirng with Mussolini regarding relations with Albania, also the possibility of a Balkan guarantee pact involving an Italian-Greek-Jugo-Sl&vian defensive alliance against the German-speaking races. CORDIAL CO-OPERATION. (ATT STBAtIAK AKD S.Z. CABL2 A6SOCJATIOH.) (Received March 7th, 5.5 p.m.) ROME, March 6. Mussolini has had a conference with the Greek Foreign Minister, M. Eoufos. The reported result is a complete understanding. M. Roufos said Mussolini declared that Italy is dasirous of the inauguration of an era of cordial co-operation among all Balkan States.
