BISHOP OF LONDON'S TOUR. (BY CABLE—PUESS ASSOCIATION—COFTEIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, February 15. The Bishop of London, the Rev. A. F. "\Y. Ingram, speaking before the Church Assembly, in support of the Church of England's Empire Emigration Council, said that the Council had received 35,000 nominations from the Dominions where Church people were ready to receive and employ young men and women, but the difficulty was to get the young people to goBishop Ingram announced that hj« was going to Canada in connexion with the scheme, and possibly to Australia and New Zealand.
