The Orange Lodge picnic, postponed from last Saturday, will be held at Kirwee on Sat urday, March 6th. The official opening of the Boys' High School at Riccarton will take place to-mor-row. The annual licenses for drivers and vehicles became due on January Ist. Miss Parsons's kindergarten reopens on February 4th in the Durham street Methodist Schoolroom,
