PRINCE OF WALES INJURED.

(bt cable—press association—coptbioht.) (AUSTRALIAN AND X.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, January 25. . Tlio Prince of Wales was hunting with the Belvoir Hounds when his horse dropped dead under him. The Prince was not injured. Later, however, the Prince again fell and broke a collarbone.

It is officially reported that the Prince of Wales's accident is unlikely to interfere with his engagements. DETAILS OF MISHAP. (recter's teleobaus.) (Received January 29th, 9.50 p.m.) LONDON, January 28. The Prince of Wales' accident- occurred in open country. The hounds were going at a great pace with a big field following. The Prince took a difficult hedge which flanked two ditches. The horse cleared the obstacle, but stumbled and fell. The Prince looked cheerful and well on arrival at London and assured welcomers that he was perfectly all right. The accident occurred at Littleshelton. The Prince's injuries consist of a fractured left collarbone and bruises. He was assisted immediately by several followers and conveyed in a motor-car to a local surgery where h® was treated and the fracture set, and X-rayed. It proved a perfectly clean, simple break with no complications. and rapid and complete recov-ei-y is confidently expected.
