NEWSPAPER SUGGESTIONS. (BY CABLE— ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGIiT.' (AVSTBAUAN AND K.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, January 27. Newspapers give prominence to Lord Londonderry's suggestion that the Mining Association should bo dissolved, and that employers and men again discuss wages on a district basis. • Sir Alfred Mond, as chairman of a large colliery enterprise, welcomes Lord Londonderry's attitude and says that greater elasticity in negotiations and arrangements in the mining industry is required than is afforded under tho national agreement.
